Deposits

A deposit of 20% of the total tour price is needed upon tour booking confirmation. You may rest easy till two months before your travel date. At that time, we would demand full prepayment for all services 60 days before to departure by money transfer or credit card payment, with the customer responsible for any bank transfer charges/fees.

Payment Procedures

All of the tour packages on our website need pre-payment. Payment can be made using a major credit card such as a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express Credit Card, excluding the credit card transaction charge (Please add in 3 percent fee for Visa, Mastercard or 4 percent for American Express to the total amount of payment each time).

After we receive your money, we will send you the hotel voucher and/or final confirmation itinerary by fax or e-mail.

Payment Methods

Another unique payment invoice using Paypal for you to make payment after you’ve completed your booking.

Bank transfer

The charge for wire transfers from outside of Vietnam is always quite expensive. If you need to pay via bank transfer, please contact us for additional information.
